Grip Benchmark provides informational fitness benchmarking. Results are estimates based on published population reference data and should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or a guarantee of health or performance.
Measurement variability
Dynamometer model, calibration, handle position, posture, testing hand, fatigue and technique can change grip readings. You are responsible for interpreting results in context.
External merchants
Grip Benchmark may link to third-party merchants. Purchases, payments, shipping, returns, warranties and product support are handled by the merchant, not Grip Benchmark.
